Mod Note: If Your Post Is Not Public Initially

Hi all,

While the vast majority of our posters are well intentioned, we do occasionally attract some attention from other parts of the internet. To spare you all from having to deal with that, we have our page’s filters set very high.

None of your posts are auto-removed. Any posts that get removed will notify you and will have an explanation given. Posting coming from new accounts, accounts without verified emails, or those with certain words in them frequently get held for manual mod review.

We review the overwhelming majority of held posts and comments within 24 hours, normally much sooner. We are not always online though, so please wait a bit if your post isn’t publicly viewable initially.

Thank you!

PS this is nothing new, we just want to clarify for everyone as we’ve gotten a lot of modmail asking about it.
