Difficulty rolling/moving right eye

NSFW

31F, history of peripheral neuropathy, migraines, brain fog/confusion. Recent ER visit, had a brain CT with contrast due to sudden intense migraine, difficulty moving tongue and facial numbness. CT showed nothing abnormal. Diagnosed as a complex migraine. The numbness is in the right side of my face (cheek, lip, eyebrow), accompanied by difficulty rolling/moving the eye. It still tracks but the left eye can move quickly and the right does not. I've had a headache for about 2 weeks and the degree of facial numbness comes and goes. I've looked on Dr. Google but can't seem to figure out if this is just a long migraine issue or something deeper. Should I find a new doctor? My primary just links everything to the mystery neuropathy and doesn't like to give referrals. Lots of health anxiety lately. Appreciate any advice. TIA.
