[Discussion] The absolute cheapest, most worthless build with absolutely no consideration for performance, only price.

I have a conundrum. I want to build a PC so very badly, but I am perfectly satisfied with the gaming equipment I already have. I have absolutely no excuse to build anything. So, I've been looking for the cheapest, most bare-bones PC builds I can find, but they're hard to find. Whenever I search "cheapest cpu", the results seem to think that I am serious about gaming on what I want to build. Who has 64 whole dollars to spend on computer parts? NOT ME! I have no illusions of gaming on the pathetic wretch of a machine I wish to create. I simply want to put it together, watch it turn on, and see the horror flood it's circuits as it realizes what it is to this world. what it is to it's creator. What is the absolute minimum cost build? What parts are absolute dog**** and worthless to anyone but someone who just wants to build a computer for the sake of it?

To be more specific, I am in the US, my budget is THE ABSOLUTE MINIMUM POSSIBLE, and there are no other considerations. Every single aspect of the machine must be tied to that constraint. It could be a jet engine that plays no games and blinds me with puke green light, as long as the cost is low. Doesn't have to have wifi, I can re-use some other monitors (though a cheap suggestion would be nice), and I must emphasize this: my budget is essentially nonexistent.
