If ADMU accepts a transferee with failed grades.

I stopped attending school five years ago, but I've now decided to continue my studies. I am from the University of San Carlos, which is located in Cebu, and I am currently living in Manila. I am considering applying to (ADMU) but am wondering about my chances of being accepted.
