Restaurant between Orlando and Tampa

I’m picking up my husband from Orlando Int. Airport and we live in Tampa. Looking for a good restaurant not too far from the airport on the way to Tampa. Any recommendations? No seafood (unless there are non fish options) or Italian No chain restaurants Table service Not upscale/fine dining but no delis either Perhaps a great bistro, Mediterranean, American fare, Mexican, Asian We’re going on a Tuesday evening do not concerned about weekend crowds.
