I replaced my radiator fan 2011 Volvo S80

Replaced the radiator fan and thermostat same day 3 days ago and the fan worked now all of a sudden today I noticed that the fan is not working at all again so I’m wondering if it’s maybe the engine coolant thermostat sensor?
