Looking for a laptop to play older games.

So I'm looking for a laptop that can run things like Morrowind and early 00s/ late 90s fighting games on fightcade. For Morrowind I don't use intensive mods aside fróm some areas of Tamriel Rebuilt. Bonus if it can emulate PCSX2!
