Need advice for my characters stats

Im currently at rennela with a larval tear because I've been dying alot and im thinking about re-doing my stats. im level 124 and these are what my stats are looking like

Vigor - 50 Mind - 17 Endurance - 31 Strength - 38 Dexterity - 26 Intelligence - 10 Faith - 15 Arcane - 16

I've only recently started using incantations(which is why my faith and arcane is kinda low), I currently have; Stone of Gurranq, Bloodflame Blade, and Rotten Breath. if anybody has any recommendations / tips for incantations or my stats then please let me know. any advice is greatly appreciated!
