Task Manager showing incorrect GPU temperatures on Lenovo LOQ 15IRH8 (RTX 4060 + i5-12450H)

Hey everyone,
I've recently noticed something odd with Windows Task Manager on my Lenovo LOQ 15IRH8 (RTX 4060, i5-12450H). It's showing unrealistically low GPU temperatures, fluctuating between 29–37°C — even during gaming sessions. Meanwhile, HWInfo and the NVIDIA app report temps around 60°C, which seems much more accurate.

What's strange is that it used to work fine before — Task Manager displayed temps that matched other monitoring tools. Right now, I'm using the NVIDIA Studio driver version 576.02. I'm wondering if it's a driver issue, a Windows update bug, or something else that broke the reporting.

Has anyone experienced this or found a fix?
