First time flying international

I’m flying out of JFK to Copenhagen in a couple hours for a work conference. I’m so anxious about flying usually but this is the longest flight I’ll ever have taken, first time out of the country and first time flying overseas. Could use some support/tips on how to manage my anxiety.
