Need to replace these (corroded?) shut-off valves?
Context: toilet cleaner leaked in under-sink cabinet, caused some kind of gaseous chemical reaction that rusted the hinges, stopper assembly, and braided lines. I know I'll have to replace all those.
What I'm curious about are the shut-off valves that connect to the main water line. These should be less than a year old, but they clearly had some blue/green stuff on them (see pics below). I lightly applied some baking soda paste on them and then wiped them off. They turn just fine and I've moved them to the off position since I realized the issue. What do y'all think about the need to replace them?
Changing those out seems considerably more complicated/expensive than just the braided lines, so looking to see what others think about this.
