Just started and unsure if I can continue

2.5mg

I started on 2.5 from a sample from my doctor (bless him) while we figure out how the hell to get my insurance to cooperate. I got diagnosed with PCOS and after wearing a cgm there is evidence of potential insulin resistance and I think I’m for sure hypoglycemic but not diabetic?

I have always been relatively sensitive to medication, always take extra precautions when anything is a potential stomach trigger. I also have POTs and ADHD (honestly convinced there’s some auto immune that encompasses everything I have going on but that’s another story) so I’m also on adderall which has always suppressed my appetite as is.

I physically have never felt worse in my life. I can probably recount everything I’ve eaten in the last week on two hands, and I’m gagging at 90% of foods that have been safe for me my entire life. I’m definitely craving protein which is new for me but I physically cannot bring myself to eat. I have awful cramps, and I’m either constipated or shitting straight water. my cgm keeps fucking beeping at me all night because I can’t keep my blood sugar up (not eating) and then I feel counter productive drinking apple juice to correct, because I probably shouldn’t have a ton of sugar on the med? I’m unsure if it’s a combo of meds, me being hyper sensitive or all of my comorbid issues but I genuinely don’t know how I can do another week after this. I’m supposed to give myself another shot tomorrow but I’m scared. I know long run this is going to be beneficial for me but if I’m on the lowest dose and need zofran and Imodium on repeat to get through the day and I’m STILL throwing up?? Does anyone have any advice? I don’t want to sound ungrateful but I’m terrified of moving up or doing another shot because I already suffer in terms of being chronically ill and it just feels like I’m making it worse
