Symptoms getting better with salt and compression except the pain and pressure I get from speaking is getting worse. I need help.

Fairly new to POTS, haven’t seen a specialist yet and unmedicated. I can’t say 30 words without getting winded and pain in my trachea and chest. Takes me days to recover from having to speak for an hour, I was being evaluated for at home help and so I had to speak. I’ve been in a POTS/CFS crash since December, very severe and bedbound. If you have any suggestions for relief or to explain what is happening or what test I could ask my GP for please tell me.
