660 Credit Score wanting to buy a house

Hello All,

I am a 62 year old female who has a 660 credit score. Yes, I made some bad decisions in my past, so please be nice. I have an income of 60,000. I have 100K to put down and am hoping for a 250K mortgage in South Carolina. Am I over ambitious or should I just forget about it?
