Hartman Reversal issues

I had my reversal in late March. When can I expect my system to start acting normal again?

I can't walk more than 100yds without having gas issues and discharge. Sleeping is not really happening. I'm constantly leaking small amounts of gas all night and repeatedly having to go clean myself. I'm going through at least five sets of boxers a day due to this. The diaper rash will not go away even using cream. It almost makes it worse as the blood seems to act like a paint thinner to it, making a sloppy mess down there. Sitting down, lying down etc are painful to the rectal area. I'm at my wits end. Please tell me this goes away at some point. I seriously sometimes want to go back to the bag.

The gaping hole in my stomach, no issues or pain. I wish that my surgeon had informed me prior.
