I had unprotected sex and oral with normal female that I know and after 3 days I started getting cold sore/herpes on my lip. Is it normal that after 2-4 days cold sore/HSV-1/GHSV-1 symptoms can be high temperature, sore throat, weakness for 3-5 days?

Yesterday she got tested negative for HIV. I was scared maybe it’s HİV symptoms

Last time I had sex with her was April 12 and next 2-3 days everything started.
