Non AI alternatives to Duolingo?

Looking for an alternative to Duolingo that doesn’t use AI, for learning Swedish. I don’t mind paying for an app as long as it’s worth it and doesn’t replace it’s employees with AI (thanks Duolingo)

Either a mobile app or something on PC would work well :)
