UC Davis or UCSD

still cannot decide. Financial aid package came back for UCSD & they ended up giving me a full ride. Davis I have 8k in loans x2 so 16k for two years.

Pros for UCSD- Amazing beaches 30min from home so I’ll be able to visit family often Amazing weather (I’ve lived in sd all my life & the weather is great) Chancellors scholarship priority enrollment!!!! Only 2k a year to attend Great academics (psych major)

Cons for UCSD- I don’t like the campus I’ve always wanted to get out of SD & I feel like now is my time to do so I don’t like the surrounding area (La Jolla) Socially dead? Competitive?

Pros UC Davis - College town I’d have the opportunity to explore north cal Great academics People are super nice from what I’ve heard

Cons UC Davis- 8hour drive from home Less aid Hot weather in the summer (although I would try my hardest not to stay on campus during summer)
