Bows in Mordor lists

Looking to start building up a Mordor army for an upcoming league at my local club but was wondering what people are doing about bow options and how they have found the lists. Mostly because I notice a lot of the lists only run Morannons, i.e. not having bows, instead of normal Mordor orcs. Have people found this a problem or does the melee heavy army cope just fine?
