should i travel alone 12 hours after my first IV infusion?

i had my first session last week but it was subcutaneous. i felt sleepy after but that was all. i will take the same bus i've taken dozens of times to the same destination i've gone to dozens of times. i always sleep during the bus trip anyway assuming that i will just be sleepy, it will be a travel trip i already know and 12 hours will have passed, i think it's fine, isn't it?
