A1 - Sudden drop in quality

My A1 suddenly started printing very poorly without any apparent reason.
When trying to print a Benchy using Bambu Lab Silk+ filament, the result is as shown in the picture below.
I've already performed a full calibration, re-tensioned the belts, and disassembled/reassembled the nozzle. Also tried other filament from e-sun and polyterra and results are the same.
Any idea what might be causing the issue?
