Limitation
(translated from my native)
Our flesh holds us back. Imagine being a non corporeal being that can fully understand and communicate with anyone you wish – that would be true, complete mutual understanding. Our bodies prevent us from truly feeling the merging of two souls into one, creating the illusion of separation even in the most intimate moments, but a big part of love is the ability to physically feel the person you love. That wouldn't be possible if you were a disembodied being. Limitations are what drive people to desire . It just keeps devolving further and further. Can't they coexist? So, two things can be true at the same time. If we were just souls, without appearances and standards of beauty, we would divide ourselves solely based on essential values – based on what we feel, think, and are at our deepest core. Attraction would not be determined by physical traits, but by sincerity, understanding, and a connection that transcends the material. Without bodies, there would be no prejudices based on external appearance; it would only matter how two souls recognize and harmonize with each other. Perhaps then we would truly understand love and connection in their purest form. But humanity will never feel true, genuine love because of lust and greed, the need to exploit one another. We, people, are very much like dandelions; we destroy each other for our own happiness and amusement. Just one breath from the depths of the soul can destroy your entire perception of life, just one word.
