Trying to figure out a Leveled weapon bug.. (Crusader Sword)

If anyone here is playing without mods, at level 20+, with strength 100, can you tell me what the damage is on your fully leveled Crusader Sword?

I am worried a mod I installed and removed very early on has permanently changed the stats on these weapons. My crusader sword at max item level and 100 strength only has 17 base damage.
