Based on the cities I will be living in, help me choose which Master's to do !

Hi everyone, I'm considering two different masters degree opportunities in Europe and am having a very hard time deciding which to choose. They are very similar so I thought I might be able to get closer to a decision in looking at the cities I will be living in for the two years -- if anyone has lived in / travelled long term in any of these places I would love your insight and input!

Masters Degree 1: one semester in Prague; one semester in Krakow, Poland; one year in Leiden, Netherlands.

Masters Degree 2: one year in Vienna, one year in either Leipzig or Ghent.

Additional context: I only speak English, a few Asian languages, and very poor Spanish and French (very very poor so I even hesitate to list them), so language knowledge wouldn't be a deciding factor. Money is not a significant concern for me as I will be receiving a generous stipend, will be working for supplemental income, and have savings I am willing to use.
