Uniview Cameras Not Streaming in Frigate Live UI on TrueNAS Scale

Running Frigate on TrueNAS Scale with Uniview cameras, previously working fine on Synology Surveillance Station via ONVIF. In Frigate, the main Live UI shows no stream for all cameras, but individual camera streams work when focused. Enabled WebRTC, RTSP, and go2RTC during setup. Confirmed Uniview RTSP URL format from a PDF online, firewall configured (even disabled for troubleshooting), yet no luck. Been stuck without camera feeds for a week. Any insights on this behavior? Exhausted and puzzled.
