What’s wrong with SPOM SET B ?

I have recently appeared for SPOM set B twice in April and failed in both. Have studied module back answers and watched yt videos as suggested by most people. While giving the test was also sure of passing but couldn’t also felt that there were few questions for which my answer was not matching with the options. Has anyone experienced same it the recent exams? And pls help me to clear this as my lots of time is wasted in it.
