Fighting/action/thriller anime that isn't typical shonen

I've had enough after watching Naruto, black clover parts of seven deadly sins, fairy tail, etc. I'm at a loss after finishing gintama couple years back and can't find anything like it. One punch man kinda meh. Yes I've watched chainsaw man, jujitsu kaisen, demon slayer. I feel like besides those 3 there's nothing really out there. Started solo leveling just couple minutes ago and it's giving me sao vibes (I didn't like that). Anything else out there? I forgot what the anime was called, but it was about a kid who was raised to learn specific Chinese martial arts and he was trained by some girl and entered a tournament, but I think it ended after 2 seasons. I saw a video of an anime fight where a guy takes on a group of thugs and punches one so hard that the thug gets thrown pretty far, is that durarara? Anyway, any recs would help, but I don't want the typical shonen single hero.
