New 100% Trump Tariff on Foreign-made Movies

Trump just announced via social media that he is requesting a 100% tariff on foreign made movies. I'm wondering which companies this will affect most? Those that sell movies such as Amazon, or those that produce movies? Also, it seems like a strong indication that the tariff game is here to stay as a primary tool in his toolkit.
