can my laptop run the remaster?

GPU: Integrated AMD Radeon Graphics

Storage: SSD (not sure about exact size, but it's fast)

Wi-Fi Adapter: Realtek RTL8821CE (Wi-Fi 5 / 802.11ac)

Display: 1080p (assuming standard for HP 15s)

Can my laptop run it even 30fps and 720p is fine and any type of tweaks (i was able to run elden ring 25fps 900p med settings ....and ds3 720p med settings 45-50fps) Rdr2 720p 30fps
