Horseshoe Bay Beach chair/umbrella rental

Hi all, my mom and cousins and I are going to Bermuda on Liberty of the Seas May 15-20. We are doing the beach transfer to Horseshoe Bay Beach one day. My cousin said she read on some cruise review sites that it can be hard to get a chair/umbrella rental because they sell out quickly. Has anyone experienced this? My mom has a bad back and hip and not having a chair would be an issue for her. Wondering if we should just cancel the beach excursion. Any insight is appreciated!
