Gypsies in Queen Anne

There's a classic grift going on with a mother and her two small kids infront of Trader Joes in Queen Anne pretty regularly. For those of us who aren't bleeding heart, naive progressives or have lived/travelled/ from Central or Eastern Europe, we know what's up. That said, the children shouldn't have to continue to be trapped in the cycle.

What can we do about it to help the kids?
