Change of address and renewal, CA

So I'm just looking for a bit of advice! I was renewing my license and started the application, but I forgot I needed to do a change of address as my license still has my old one... unfortunately the website says to complete the change of address and let it process before starting the application? Which I did not do.

I already paid, BUT supposedly my application isn't complete until I complete the e-Learning course I'm required to take, and I was wondering if anyone knows whether if I just wait to complete it until the address is changed, if that will be okay? Or do I need to redo the application from the start?
