25M is my mouth and throat too small?

I, 25M, am taking Prednisone for an asthma flare up. Many of my symptoms also include my throat, clearing and coughing. Sometimes choking on spit or my water, and coughing it up. Just curious if my throat seems swollen, as I've always had what I would consider a small mouth. Also my uvula sits on my tongue, I don't know if that's always been the case, only that I noticed today.

I also take a daily maintenance inhaler for my asthma, and have been taking Albuterol as needed up to twice a day while recovering.
