Should I backout dahil disrespectful yung HR sa oras ng employees nila?

I recently accepted a job offer last week and I have 2 weeks to prepare my requirements pati na rin yung paglilipat ko ng apartment (malayo yung pagtatrabahuan ko sa bahay namin). Interview pa lang, super red flag na sila pagdating sa oras. After ng initial phone interview, they scheduled me an interview with the department head.

Interview 1 - 8am schedule. I waited the whole day pero wala nangyaring interview. 3pm na sila nagsabi na iresched na lang kinabukasan Interview 2 - 1pm interview, naging 5pm Interview 3 - 8am, naging 12nn

Ngayong orientation namin, sabi nila start na daw ng 7am kaya be there by 6:45am daw pero 8:30 na di pa rin nagsstart 😭 inis na inis na ako dahil sa disrespect nila sa oras. during the interview, they are strongly against daw sa mga late sa work pero di pa kami hired, sila na yung palaging late??? 😭😭
