Has anyone tried his wipe on clearcoat?

Got a car with spider cracked paint on several pannels and it constantly dulls /oxidizes. Its a cheap maaco repaint id assume sometime in the 90s and im just tired of having to fix it every year or tryin to get wax outa the cracks.

I tried his shine juice and was ok but also it dried sticky and duller than id like.
