What USSR ground premium to buy

A tank, not a cas plane. I already have the T90A and a solid enough lineup with the su24 and mig23ml. I want something that can reliably grind the rest of the tree. It can be a GE or a pack vehicle. Packs go on sale soon so I want to know.
