2018 Mazda CX-5, 20k Mileage, 20k MSRP, 22k OTD, Worth it?

Basically the title.

I intend to keep it for 5 years. The previous owner seems to be on point with bi-annual checkups and regular oil changes. There are small dents around the car (3-4), otherwise seems fine. One potential issue. When the AC was at full power, towards the end of the test drive, there was a plastic burning smell.

I intend to pay half, 10k, and finance the rest if that matters.

I am new to cars, and generally buying them! please let me know what you think
