i sent a purse and the lady refunded

to start i never sold on depop a day in my fucking life. my ex best friend used to scam people so i never went on the app for fear of bitches like her but the FIRST time?!!! I put a purse up and a lady bought it. i texted the lady when i accepted the offer to let her know when the purse would be shipped. i said hi how are you. she didn’t respond so i thought she just wanted the transaction to go ahead without interacting. then she asks me 3 days after when i was going to ship the item. i told her tomorrow. which was friday. she said okay. i go to ship the package. AS SOON AS I WALK OUT THE UPS STORE i receive a message from her saying she wants a refund because i haven’t shipped the package. I explained I did ship the package in MULTIPLE paragraphs and apologized for the inconvenience. By the time I finished sending the messages I saw she already requested for a refund. She asked me why she couldn’t see the shipment and I didn’t fucking know so i searched on google and they said it could take up to 48 hours. She proceeded to act like I was trying to bullshit her by saying “just because a label wasn’t created doesn’t the order gets shipped “ i told her i couldn’t refund her and she said seems like you were wrong depop refunded. depop sent me a email saying i didn’t communicate with her and threatened to delete my account as well. she also left a bad review so there’s that. what can i do and is there anyway i can get the purse
