Any Resources & Strategies for Approaching Neuro Shelf Vignette Questions?

Study methods

Hey everyone—I’ve wrapped up most of the content review for the Neurology Shelf and am now drilling UWorld, AMBOSS, and NBME forms. Although I’m comfortable with most of the core material, I keep stumbling on question approach—particularly the NBME forms—and those subtle vignette traps. I feel less confident in neuro than I did on my other shelves at this point: age‑related changes that masquerade as pathology, knowing which exam maneuvers or test results truly matter versus background noise, and deciphering NBME’s unique phrasing. Does anyone have go‑to resources, strategies, or study tips for tackling these Neuro Shelf/Step 2‑style questions? Thanks!
