Blocked CIMB account, cannot access funds

For verification account ko pero nablock agad kahit almost more than 10days pa dapat in case hindi ako nagpasa ng requirements. Naverify na din etong same account this year lang. Any,ideas para mapabilis makuha account? Reported na din with bsp pero pending pa din. Almost 10days na
