Question for any stim nerd!

I took 50mg Adderall IR at 1pm and I started to feel it wear off around like 4pm and now it’s been 7 hours since I dosed. Can I safely re dose another 50mg possibly 60mg? I have a concert I’m going to in an hour and I wanna take some more but don’t wanna explode the meat pump😂
