Racemenu Preset Help

Hey everyone. I'm having a preset issue and I'm not sure what's causing it or how to fix it. Basically, when I select a preset in race menu, it doesn't load. However, the modified date on the jslot file gets updated which has me worried that I'm screwing up my presets (I'm assuming I am). I have encountered this issue once before and decided to reinstall/recreate the presets that I had.

Anyway, I know the file structure is correct because it was working earlier today. I also verified this manually. I tried looking around online to see if anyone else has had a similar issue but couldn't find anything helpful which could be a result of my bad searching.

The one thing I have tried since this started was creating an empty "SKSE Output" mod in MO2, then changing the skse loader to output files there. I moved the "SKSE" folder and all of its contents from the overwrite folder to my new mod. Loaded up into Riverwood and tried to load a preset that hadn't been screwed up yet and still nothing. I was wondering if anyone has encountered this before or had any advice on how to solve this issue.

Lastly, not sure if this is helpful, but I did experience a CTD right before this started. I was testing out some photo mode stuff when the crash happened.
