"Dream" of extreme electrocution followed by extreme psychic attack

Firstly, for the first time in my life, I had a wild phenomenon occur in a ''dream'' state (I use parenthesis as it felt extremely vivid/real/lucid) which lingered physically when I came back into my body.

It felt as if I was subject to MASSIVE electrical current from head to toe: extremely uncomfortable and terrifying. Like I said, when I came back to my body, I felt pulsations (not unpleasant) sort of like the chills.

Unfortunately, I then went on to have some horrific experiences of feeling fear of losing my life if I didn't succeed in getting back to my body. I've had these sorts of ''nightmares'' from time to time in life though never as severe as last night.

I wonder if what I'm experiencing is ''pre-paralysis'' where I'm fighting for dear life to prevent that from happening. I had paralysis happen once in life and it was horrific.
