Was one curtain away from the worst that could have happened
Me and my elder sister are travelling in Travels bus rn. For those who don't know, these buses have sleeper seats , one double seat where two people can sleep and it has a curtain to cover that and then again a single seat with a curtain as well. Our journey to the destination takes 13 hours ,and we got up at 7 pm yesterday. Everything was fine until one man boarded the bus at around 9 pm.
We were casually talking and heard a shh sound. We just ignored it. Then after sometime, I opened the curtains for something so this man looked so eerily at me it was horrifying. Then I closed the curtain immediately. He then tried to look in through the small gap that there was.
Then he did that shhh sound for 4 times. All hell broke loose when some object of his fell down, and he touched our curtain while picking it up. At this point, I was very scared . Har baari I am the person who says dekh lenge kya hi kar lega koi darte hai kya ,but today I was about to cry so bad.
Fortunately though, the bus stopped at a restaurant at 11 pm. We told the driver about this and he's like he will go talk to that man! We said pagla gaye ho tum ,tumko kuch nahi karega hume karegaa. He changed our seats away from him . Also, he told us that the man was drunk and is a police herself. As if that is going to leave him with the right to do this shit?!
I haven't slept for more than 20 minutes tonight because I just have the feeling that he'll come and something will happen. Girlies, stay safe y'll and if anything similar happens (god forbid it won't) please report somewhere if you are able to.
I actually froze when all of this happened. A very scary experience . We were just a curtain away from shit happening to us. Intoxicated people should just not be allowed to travel in such conditions.
Stay safe y'll 🙏🏻🧿
