How can I fix my hair?

I used to have such thick hair but I ended up shaving my head, when it started growing out i got extensions, it’s made my hair incredibly thin, brittle and it’s constantly breaking so all my natural hair is at different lengths. I want to get rid of my extensions but my natural hair makes me so insecure. What can I do?
