Documentaries About Artistic/Scientific Processes, Environments, and Routines?

Hi, I am looking for documentary suggestions in the same vein as David Lynch's 'The Art Life' or Peter Greenaway's 'The Greenaway Alphabet'—that is, documentary films that explicate the daily routines, functions, and environments of artists (directors, actors, painters, writers, and whatever) or scientists. Preferably, these should feature their offices, desks, or surroundings.

Thank you.
