Cosplay Etiquette

TLDR - I have a Red Guy Cosplay (Source material DHMIS). Is it socially acceptable to wear at a goth club?

I’m pretty new to this community and I’m hesitant to even describe myself as a member. There’s a goth club near me I’ve been to once before that I want to go back to. Last time I just work black clothes and that was it, but I was wondering if it would be socially acceptable to go dressed in one of my DIY cosplays I made for a convention a while ago.

The the costume in question is that of Red Guy from DHMIS, which I love. I love the source material, I love how it feels to wear, I love the feeling my my face being covered and just feeling more free while wearing it. I just don’t want it to turn into a bad impression. So I ask…

Is it ok to wear, or should I just not?
