I feel like im drowning ( officer apps)

I have been a high school hosa officer for 2 years at this point, but for my senior year I just got the email that I wasnt't chosen, and now I just feel a numb sad, but I can't even tell anyone because I don't know how to, I just feel hopeless, if yall have advice give it to me
