Making time for hobbies while I'm on college

General Advice

For a while now I've thought about the fact that I like doing so many things but I feel I'm either losing my discipline to do all of that or I use the fact that I'm in college and that I have to study as an excuse while I lose my time on the phone every so often and I procrastinate.

So, how do I regain that focus to actually do the things that I like?, they're so many but I feel I'm not really advancing in anything and that makes me feel somewhat disappointed in myself, considering I'm out of my house for about 9 hours and that I have to do my chores and homework at times I do feel I'm tired to do much else (I leave my house at around 10:30 a.m and comeback at around 7 p.m, usually wake up at 7-8 a.m but I go to sleep after midnight depending on whether or not I end up doom scrolling or if had any homework left).

My hobbies include: Playing videogames (I compete in game tournaments but there's also some games I have to finish), reading, playing piano, studying Korean, Inline skating, Exercise (at home and going to the gym once a week), editing videos, cooking (I do cook my meals everyday), writing poetry and watching kdramas.

Worst part is that sometimes I'd do some of those on a whim but I never maintain the consistency that I desire.

Any help appreciated 🫡🫡
