migraines coming back

i posted about starting a new medication around 2 months ago and i am still on pizotifen and it really helped at first. Ive been taking 0.5mg and apart from some side effects that i only noticed at the start everything was going fine. However these past 2 weeks my migraines have started coming back and i dont know if this is just coincidence but theyre worse than they used to be. Im 15 turning 16 and with exams coming up soon im worried on what i should do. Last i had a migraine was on saturday i had it most of the day it lasted around 8 hours but towards the last 3ish hours the pain basically became unbearable i could do nothing but squeeze my head and cry because it hurt too much to even move my head.

Does anyone have any advice?
